At this stage, we have to inform about the video call, including the local marketing experts who can see the details on the type of legal contracts and the necessary variations that the person will be taken from BSI at the client’s place.

Having an answer to the terms of the contract with BSI and the execution of the contract, to organize the signing of all documents and to mark the functions of Employer of Record.

These features include, but are not limited to:

2. Organize signing the job offers by successful candidates chosen by the client.
3. Signing standard contracts with higher education
4. Conducting an initial Q&A session to educate the professional on how to form his/her specific extracts from this project
5. Determination and receipt of all necessary taxes and contributions in compliance with local laws.
6. Prepare and send reports to state bodies related to employment.
7. Organization and documents of business events in and outside the territory
8. On client behalf sign contracts with third parties and ensure implementation: car leasing, training, insurance, mobile phones, desktops etc.
9. Dismiss employees upon client request as envisaged by local legislation.
10. Provides other administrative and proper logistics support.
